Yes, simple equipment such as speakers, microphones or DJ gear. Line array, lighting, structures and the LED screen are hired with a technician: our team sets them up and configures them. Equipment handed over without a technician is for people who know how to use it; even so, we show you how it works and answer any questions before you take it.
Yes, an outdoor P3.9 LED screen that is easy to see even in daylight. We also have a projector and screen for indoor rooms.
Our warehouse is in Mataró. Small rentals in Mataró, the Maresme, Barcelona and Girona. Large set-ups (line array, LED screen, lighting and staging, often over several days) go, with transport, set-up and crew, to Barcelona, Girona, Tarragona, Lleida, Andorra, Aragon (Zaragoza, Huesca) and Castile and León (Burgos, Aranda de Duero, Valladolid, Soria). For one or two items further away, transport doesn't make sense for you or for us.
Yes, for venues, beach bars or summer programmes: we install it and remove it at the end.
You can collect the equipment yourself or we can bring it to you; in that case, transport is included in the quote.
Yes. The deposit depends on the equipment you hire. It is paid together with the hire fee before you collect the gear, and we give it back when you return it. We don't ask for a booking fee.
If it fails through normal wear and tear, we take care of it. If it breaks through misuse, the cost is paid by the person who hired it.
If it is cancelled for external reasons or force majeure, we refund your money. In other cases we ask for compensation.
The sooner the better, and at least 24 hours before the event.
Yes. All these conditions (deposit, damage, cancellations and use of the equipment) are set out in the hire contract you sign before taking the equipment.
