Data processing and cookies

1. Processing activities

• Contact and quotes: people who write to us through the form, email, phone or WhatsApp. Purpose: reply and prepare the quote. Retention: 1 year.
• Clients: people and organisations that hire our services. Purpose: deliver the service, invoice and meet legal obligations. Retention: legal periods (up to 6 years).
• Suppliers and partners: contact and billing details needed for the business relationship. Retention: legal periods.
• Social media: interactions on our Instagram (@cca_events) and TikTok (@cca.events) profiles. Purpose: reply and share our work. Also governed by each platform's policies.
• Event photos and videos: see the next section.

2. Event photos and videos

At the events we work at, we take photos and videos of the set-up, the stage and the atmosphere to show our work on the website and social media. We aim for wide shots where people are not the main subject and cannot easily be identified.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing our professional work at public events and, for private events (such as weddings), the authorisation of the organiser or client. We do not publish close-up images of minors without the consent of their parents or guardians.

If you appear in an image and want it removed, write to info@ccaevents.es saying which one and we will remove it as soon as possible.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, browsing profiles or third-party analytics services. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server.

We only use the following technologies, which are technical or strictly necessary and therefore do not require your consent (article 22.2 LSSI-CE):

• Our own anonymous statistics: we count page views, where visits come from (for example, Google or Instagram), device type, approximate city and clicks to contact us. We use no cookies, store no IP address or identifier, and data is only kept as daily totals, so it cannot identify anyone. We store nothing in your browser: to tell whether a visit is new we only check whether you arrive from another website.
• Browser session storage (sessionStorage): when you submit the form, we temporarily store what you typed so you can also send it via WhatsApp. It is deleted when you close the tab.

External players (DJ pages only): SoundCloud, Mixcloud, Spotify and YouTube sessions and videos are not loaded until you press “Play”. That service may then set its own cookies and process device data under its privacy policy; if you don't play it, the site does not connect to it. For YouTube we use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Links to other websites

The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, Spotify and YouTube. When you visit them, you leave our site and their own terms, privacy and cookie policies apply.
