Legal notice and terms of use
These terms govern the use of https://ccaevents.es and the hiring of CCA Events services. By browsing the site or asking us for a quote, you accept them.
1. Who we are
Under article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of the website owner:
- Owner: Pol Farràs Sanchez
- Tax ID (NIF): 39947902F
- Address: C/ Mossèn Andreu, 11, 08304 Mataró (Barcelona)
- Trade name: CCA Events
- Email: info@ccaevents.es
- Phone and WhatsApp: +34 650 67 19 54
2. Purpose of the website
This website presents CCA Events services: DJ, technical production (sound, lighting, staging and video), equipment rental and event consulting, and lets you contact us for a quote. No products or services are sold online.
3. Use of the website
You must use the site in good faith, in line with the law and these terms. You may not use it in any way that could damage it, overload it or prevent it from working normally, introduce viruses or malicious code, or send us false information or third-party data without their permission.
You may link to any page of the site as long as the link does not suggest a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.
4. Quotes and bookings
The information on the site is for guidance only and is not a binding offer. Every service is quoted individually: the quote sets out the service, equipment, staff, date, schedule, price (with VAT shown separately), payment method and booking, change and cancellation terms.
A booking is confirmed when the client accepts the quote in writing (email or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, pays the stated deposit. Until then the date is not reserved.
The specific terms of each quote or contract prevail over these general terms.
5. Delivery of the services
Unless the quote says otherwise, the client must provide access to the venue, a suitable power supply and any permits that fall to the organiser (activity licences, schedules, noise limits). We adapt the equipment to the local rules the client tells us about.
We are not liable for interruptions or delays caused by force majeure, weather that endangers people or equipment, power cuts outside our control or decisions by the authorities.
For safety reasons, we may stop the service if there is a risk to people, the audience or the equipment.
6. Equipment rental
Equipment is delivered checked and in good working order. The client is responsible for it from delivery until return, must use it properly and return it in the same condition within the agreed period. Loss, theft or damage beyond normal wear will be charged as set out in the quote or rental contract.
7. Consumer rights
If you hire us as a consumer, you have all the rights granted by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and Catalan Law 22/2010 (Consumer Code of Catalonia). Event services for a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal under article 103.l) of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers, without prejudice to the cancellation terms agreed in each quote.
Official complaint forms are available to clients. You can also write to us at info@ccaevents.es.
8. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photos, videos, logos, the CCA Events trade name, the design and the code of this site belong to Pol Farràs Sanchez or to third parties who have authorised their use. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any part without written permission. Equipment brand logos shown on the site belong to their owners and are displayed only to show which equipment we work with.
9. Liability
We work to keep the site running and the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for damage arising from misuse of the site or for the content of linked third-party sites (social networks, WhatsApp, etc.), which have their own terms.
The calendar of dates shown on the site is for information only: a date is only confirmed as available with an accepted quote.
10. Data protection and cookies
The processing of your data is governed by the privacy policy and the data processing and cookies policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Mataró, except where the client is a consumer, in which case the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use consumer arbitration boards.
